- Sit or stand near a window, looking up at the sky
- Take a moment to notice it’s color…its vastness…any daytime clouds or nighttime stars
- While staying focused on the sky, slowly breathe in….
- Slowly breathe out….
- Now, gently close your eyes, allowing yourself to feel the peace and the calm…deeply breathing in, deeply breathing out
- After a moment, slowly open your eyes, saying quietly to yourself “All is Well”
