  • Here we are in the New Year. Does it feel as though you have a clean slate, a fresh start? Are you feeling hopefulness for better days ahead? Still shaking off some of the leftover stress and overwhelm of last month’s holiday season?
  • Take a moment now and think of one wonderful thing you’d like to have added to your life this year. A new job? A Soulmate? A leaner, healthier body?
  • Now close your eyes and visualize for a moment how your life would be different if you had this one change added to it. What would you now see? What would you now hear? How would you now be feeling if this one change occurred this year?
  • After a moment, slowly breathe in…
  • Slowly breathe out…
  • Gently open your eyes, smile and say to yourself…”I Allow Positive Change To Come Into My Life”
