I Always Have Enough Time

If you're feeling stressed today, overwhelmed with too much to do, rushing around with your HAIR ON FIRE, then take this brief moment with me, a "Mental Spa Moment", to refresh...rebalance...recharge.

* At this moment, notice what time it is

* Looking at your clock, or your watch, or your phone – wherever you can
observe the time – focus on the display showing the current time, and
continue that focus until the next moment appears

* After the new moment has arrived, notice, did time pass slowly, or

* Did you feel calm and peaceful…or a bit impatient.

* Now slowly, deeply breathe in…slowly, deeply breathe out

* Repeat silently to yourself…
